Identify, assess, secure approval & execute portfolio acquisition targets. Ensure successful deal execution of all US BD opportunities. Prioritize, approve deal framework & secure approval for all global business development deals. Develop, advice, approve & execute deal structure on securing cross-functional leadership buy-in; requires strong grasp of & relationship with commercial, operations, regulatory, supply chain, legal, IP & FTC requirements. Construct business strategy & present business case to management. Source & close deals to actualize business strategy; Negotiate & lead asset purchase, licensing, partnership, supply & development transactions; business lead for patent & business litigations. Envision creative approach to building portfolio to identify invaluable product opportunities. Lead multi-discipline team (sales, supply chain, packaging, manufacturing, ethical facility audits) to transform strategies into results. Formulate retail pricing models. Research & support sales team to win bids & provide expert advice with market, product, & pricing insights. MBA (BS + 5yrs exp) in Business or related W/2yrs exp.
