Guardian Drug Company Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of 18 lots of Over-the- Counter “UP and UP Dye free Acetaminophen Suspension Liquid Cherry” and “UP and UP Dye free Acetaminophen Suspension Liquid Grape flavor” products sold exclusively at Target stores. The statement “Under 2 Years ask a Doctor” was missing on the label of infants’ acetaminophen suspension liquid.
